Main Problems Meet During Butyl Coating Machine Working Process

       There are three problems for butyl coating machine, first, can’t coat sealant at beginning of the aluminum spacer. Second, would break off the sealant in the middle. Third, would left a long tail at the aluminum spacer in the end of work. How does our company to solve these three problems? It's heated sealant coating on aluminum spacer, first, our factory added heat insulating material and heating plate to keep the sealant always in suitable temperature. Second, two-way drive motor with big power to give continuous sealant. Third, our special working program to stop more sealant is extruded out. And our guide rail is produced by aluminum to confirm absolutely steady. So the nozzle, frame, guide rail and belt are parallel with each other.
